Wuhan Zhong Yuan Rui De Biological Products Co. Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has been 100% acquired by Chengdu Rongsheng Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd, a controlled subsidiary of Beijing Tiantan Biological Products Co., Ltd, and become its wholly owned subsidiary since October 16^th, 2024.

The Company is located in the Biolake of the Wuhan Optics Valley, covering an area of approximately 80 acres with a factory building area of 35000 square meters, including office areas, production workshops, and a quality control center. Currently, the core products of the Company are Human Albumin and Human Immunoglobulin (pH4) for Intravenous Injection. As of November 2024, the company has 224 formal employees.
